General Meeting

A General Meeting of Incanthera plc was convened, following a Placing to raise £1,144,650 as announced on 23 March on AQSE Growth Market (AQSE: INC).

The General Meeting was required to consider Resolutions required to give effect to the issue of Warrant Shares pursuant to the Placing. The meeting was held at Jubilee Hall, Wellow Road, Ollerton NG22 9AP at 11 a.m. on 12 April 2021.
